Theresa Potter, ACSW, LCSW
is a licensed clinical social worker and hypnotherapist and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and is certified by Academy of Certified Social Workers. Theresa is a State of Indiana Licensed/Certified Social Worker. She has extensive Addictions Training through Division of Addictions Services and is a member of National Associations of Social Workers.
Theresa specializes in creatively sculpting new realities from frozen fears, through therapy, hypnotherapy, coaching, spirituality, and visualization. In her work, Theresa reawakens the creator within that has long been forgotten.

Kelly Bishop Alley,CHES, CTC
is a dynamic and enthusiastic certified health education professional with significant leadership experience in consulting, training, organizational development, curriculum development, program development/implementation, and grant procurement (more than $8.6 million). Kelly has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a B.S. in Health and Safety Education from Ball State University, Muncie, IN.
Also, Kelly is a graduate of the Public Health Education Leadership Institute and the Illinois Public Health Leadership Institute. Kelly is a Certified Training Consultant and Certifited Health Education Specialist. Related experience includes teaching university-level health education classes and mentoring other professionals. As a Health Education Consultant at the Indiana State Department of Health from 1985 to 1997, Kelly provided consultation, training and technical assistance in health education/public health issues to citizens, schools, businesses and industry, public and private agencies and organizations. One of her major accomplishments included providing consultation/training on local, state, and national levels that included:
As an Adjunct Instructor at Indiana University from 1993-1997, Kelly taught undergraduate community health education class, nontraditional approach to community health principles and skills development, including program planning and evaluation, curriculum development, public speaking, grant writing and brochure development.
Kelly holds appointments on local, state, and national committees and has well-established relationships in professional associations, state government, and the federal government. Her current professional memberships include the American Public Health Association; American School Health Association; Eta Sigma Gamma, National Professional Health Science Honorary; Indiana Society for Public Health Education, formerly Indiana Association of Health Educators; Indiana Public Health Association; Society of Public Health Education
